Policy

1. No refunds. In the perfect world we would love to offer refunds but If you have registered a place you have taken a place from someone else. We buy enough materials and dedicate our time and commit to your child’s development we expect the same level of commitment.

2. No rough play. We do not accept horseplay as it can get out of hand and embarrassing for everyone, so if someone in the class does this they will be excluded with no refund. We want to create an environment which is safe for all with respect.

3. No putting down others work or touching other peoples work. Students can be very sensitive on who touches their work so we ask not to do it.

4. Do not be rude to the teacher or assistants, if the student is rude to the teacher then we will quietly let parents know as a first call, if it happens again we will politely suggest not to return.

5. Students can talk in sessions, they can go to the lavatory whenever they wish without permission, they need not put up their hand to ask questions and they can eat snacks and drink. We just ask that when we are painting not to eat snacks as it isn’t safe as they may have paint on their hands.
